Concierge plans are available for most destinations with pricing based on length of trip, number of cities and guests. Please fill out the trip inquiry and we will review and get back to you!
The below list of concierge planning services are specific to vacations at the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland California, Disneyland Paris and many apply for Disney Cruise Line

The Bright Lights Travel team will plan and book all of your pre-trip needs and reservations. In addition to researching and booking your trip, concierge clients also receive a customized trip guide complete with all the best must-do’s because you can’t do it all! Let me help you plan your steps to get the most out of each day.
We are happy to assist you as a concierge client even if you have booked your trip with another travel agent or on your own, Please note, following an initial call, purchasing a concierge plan is required before the team can begin working on your trip planning.
CONCIERGE PLAN IncludeS:
Initial exploratory call to discuss your vacation goals, wish list and some of my initial recommendations for your trip.
Resort and Disney Cruise Booking: Resort / Cruise sourcing which includes detailed options to select from; both on and off property and any available promos to choose from. Once selected, our team will manage all booking and modifications of the reservation, including on-time payments and staying in the know on new Disney promotions and price adjust to a lower rate when applicable.
Recommendations and details about the Disney Dining Plan to help you decide if it is a good fit for your group (it often isn’t)
Setup your My Disney Experience Account and link all reservations.
Provide recommendations on which parks are best to visit on each day and make Park Reservations if needed.
Discuss dining options in detail that are best suited for your group + create a customized dining guide to make it easier for your group to decide on a ‘wish list’ prior to our team making the reservations. (Both Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line)
Using your wishlist, we book your preferred dining reservations at 6am EST, 60 days prior to your Walt Disney World Vacation or at midnight on your assigned date for Disney Cruise Line vacations; prioritizing the most hard to get reservations. We wake up early or stay up late, so you don’t have to!
Make recommendations for special experiences, backstage tours, memory maker + leisure activities such as pool cabanas and spa appointments. Book preferences 60 day prior to your trip beginning at 7am EST or at midnight for Disney Cruise excursions.
Share a detailed ‘How-To’ guide to help navigate the My Disney Experience App and learn how to use the Genie+ system with a follow up call to answer any questions.
Suggest resort room location requests (ie: preferred building, floor, etc) and submit them to Disney for consideration.
Provide details on MagicBands and different options to purchase
Walt Disney World trips include a lengthy customized trip guide full of my personal recommendations for Disney must-do’s, must-eats, and how to navigate the parks that will be curated specifically for your group. It will also include a guide to your selected resort, options for medical assistance and more.
Disney Cruise Line clients will receive a guide based on their specific cruise ship.
Share packing list and trip essentials including shopping links for our most recommended items
Share options and available to book ground transportation to/from the Disney resort or cruise ship.
Provide detailed cancellation policy
Modify reservations up until check-in at Disney
Available for a pre-trip call to answer any additional questions and a ‘My Disney Experience’ App + Lightening Lane Tutorial
WALT DISNEY WORLD, DiSNEY CRUISE LINE AND DISNEYLAND PARIS CONCIERGE PLANS:
Walt Disney World: Plans start at $350+ for a group up to 5 guests staying up to 6 nights, 7 days. Planning for additional guests and/or nights may incur an additional fee.
Disney Cruise Line: Trip planning fees start at $199 and are based on length of cruise and if you are adding days at Walt Disney World
Disneyland California plans are based on number of days and size of the group.
Disneyland Paris: Concierge plan fees based on number of days at the parks and and days in central Paris. This includes resort/ticket booking, tips on navigating the parks, advanced dining reservations and instructions on traveling to/from central Paris and/or CDG airport. Services for days in central Paris include hotel bookings, tips and list of must-dos with where to eat, shop and more
