Epcot Food + Wine Festival 2021

The Epcot International Food + Wine Festival is underway and one of my favorite Epcot festivals to visit.  This year is it longer than ever and will end on November 20th, 2021.  I wanted to share a few of my favorite dishes, some new ones that are on my ‘Must-Try’ list and other activities you’ll find at the festival.  In addition to eating and drinking your way around the park, you can purchase special festival merchandise from limited edition pins, mugs, tees and special Minnie ears.

Enjoy live entertainment daily at the American Garden Theater and get lost in World Showcase playing Remy’s Hide + Squeak Scavenger Hunt.  Don’t forget to hop on Living With the Land to see what fruits and veggies they are growing and being used in festival dishes.

Now for the all important food options!! Typically, our favorite booths every year are the ones in France + Mexico.  We usually skip Italy and China as the lines are long with food options that more mediocre than outstanding.

One of my absolute favorite dishes is back this year in France, the above Croissant aux Escargots.  I will definitely be stopping by this booth more than once for this buttery croissant filled with garlic escargots.

There are several plant-based dishes included this tasty Impossible Burger Slider with Wasabi Cream and Spicy Slaw on a Sesame Seed Bun.  Some other plant-based items include the Impossible 3-bean Chili, Tofu Pho Noodle Soup, Banana bread with mixed berry compote and a new fan favorite, the Fried Falafel Pita with Tahini Sauce.

When you go to the festival please bring reusable cutlery and a reusable bottle for water.  The amount of cutlery people use in 1 day at the festival adds up to be SO much and bringing your own to re-use really does help cut back on single use plastics.  Here are some links to some of my favorite options:
